Please fill out the membership form below and submit. A member of Creative Artists will reach out to you shortly.

Membership in Creative Artists is $48/year paid annually. $48 covers one year from January through December. Dues are pro-rated quarterly. Membership is for anyone 18 years or older.

A sales tax number is not required for membership in Creative Artists. You will need one, however, to sell your artwork at Creative Artists exhibits and shows.
